Will the product I receive be exactly the same as in the picture on the website?
Some of the items pictured on my website are labeled for immidiate shipping and are the exact item you will recieve. Other items are made to order and since each item is individually handmade, no two pieces will be exactly the same, but will be very similar in colour, size and appearance. The item details will disclose whether it is available for immidiate shipping or made to order.
Why are there bubbles in the glass, and is this a fault?
Small bubbles in the glass are a characteristic of stained and fused glass and are not considered a fault. In some of my pieces, I have deliberately caused larger bubbles to appear to create the desired visual effect.
Can I place a custom order?
Out of stock or don't see what you want on my website? Message me and let me know what you want! A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining amount will be due upon completion, but before shipment or pickup.
Can I pick my order up?
Sure! If you live near or will be in my local area or want to meet up to save on shipping, just send me a message- I'm usually happy to do that.
What are your delivery options?
Shipping and handling fees are are added to the order during checkout using a third party app that displays live rates for the item weight and box shape. 3.6% is added to the shipping cost to cover boxing and web transaction fees. When the order is over $100, it will be shipped insured with a signature required .
How do I track my order and how long will it take?
Items generally ship from the studio within 1-3 business days. Made to order items can take 4-8 weeks to ship. Shipping times depend on the carrier you chose at checkout. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately, The Glass Crow does not provide international delivery at this time. Let me know if you're interested in it though!
What forms of payment do you accept?

-I will accept payment by check in advance without handling fees. Message me for this option.
What is your returns policy?
The Glass Crow strives for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact the studio immidiately. You may return your purchase, securely packaged, within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to pay for the insured return shipping. After the item is recieved and determined to be in its original condition, a refund will be made to the original form of payment including the purchase price, less a 30% restocking fee.
The Glass Crow does not accept returns on custom made or personalized items.
Damaged Shipment?
The Glass Crow takes great care to package items, however sometimes things happen. If you see any visable damage to a box, take pictures before opening the box. It may be that your item is still okay. If you find that it isn't, please take photos of any damage and contact me within 72 hours of reciept. Your package was insured. The item will be repaired, if possible or a similar replacement can be made.
How do I return an item?
Please contact the studio before returning anything. Any item recieved for return without prior authorization will not be accepted for any refund.
